Performance characteristics of electric actuators 

1.Shell - light weight because of high quality aluminum alloy. The external surface is oxidized by anodic coating, and the outer surface is coated with polyester powder and corrosion-resistant. 

2.Motor -- SPG squirrel cage motor is adopted, the output torque is large, and the built-in thermal protection switch is used to control the temperature, which can prevent damage to the motor. 

3.Manual structure -- when the power is not energized, the clutch handle can be operated manually. The clutch is automatically reset when energized. 

4.Position indicator - indicator mounted on the central axis to observe valve position. And there are indicator lights (SLU) to choose from. 

5.Dryer - used to control temperature, prevent water condensation inside the actuator, and keep the internal electrical components dry. 

6.Limit switch - controlled by the CAM mechanism, simple adjustment mechanism can set the position accurately and conveniently. 

7.Torque switch (except HQ-008) - can provide overload protection to prevent damage to motor. (before leaving the factory to set up, please don't change the setting). 

8.Self-locking - a self-locking function that prevents inversion, and the rotational part is stable and reliable. 

9.Installation - the base installation size fits ISO5211 international standard, and the drive shaft can be removed and processed according to need. It can be installed vertically or horizontally. 

10.Connection terminal - the line arrangement is compact and reasonable, the terminal is 2.5 mm in diameter, the pressure is big, the connection is strong. 

11.Worm wheel - adopt the concave wheel design, the contact surface of the worm shaft is large, the transmission torque is large, stable and wear-resisting, long service life.
